Christmas Star Program For Christmas. Since 1998, the GOYA has sponsored the an annual "Stars of Love" Project.  Parishioners selected Stars with gift requests for local families, in need.  Gifts of toys, clothing and household items were lovingly purchased and wrapped, then brought in and placed under the St. Paraskevi Christmas tree.  This year, the generosity of the St. Paraskevi Parish allowed 23 children, and their parents, to enjoy the beauty and love of Christmas, with special gifts.
